Our Client a leading Charity based in South West London are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to provide executive and administrative support to CFO, Finance Director & Head of Audit, to maintain the strategic and operational delivery of the relevant directorate at To provide executive and administrative support to CFO, Finance Director & Head of Audit, to maintain the strategic and operational delivery of the relevant directorate at the client.


  • Hourly rate: £16.70

  • Location: South West London

  • Dates: 18th March-7th June

In this role your accountability's and responsibilities:

  • To act as the first point of contact for the CFO, Finance Director & Head of Audit, responding on their behalf to general queries and providing high levels of customer service.

  • Proactively manage the CFO, Finance Director & Head of Audit's diary, emails and travel arrangements based on a detailed understanding of their objectives and priorities.

  • Organise and coordinate meetings, visits, webinars and teleconferences, including research and the preparation of documents, logistics and booking venues.

  • Organise and coordinate key team events such as away days including venue booking, logistics, agendas, and evaluation

  • Work closely with the CFO, Finance Director & Head of Audit, internal communications team and relevant stakeholders to communicate messages to the wider directorate through the most effective channels

  • To manage and continually improve logging and filing systems and other systems as directed

  • To support the CFO, Finance Director & Head of Audit with system input and authorisations where appropriate

  • To track and process invoices, expenses and ensure records are regularly updated in line with relevant budgets

  • To lead on directorate relevant projects or pieces of work on behalf of the Executive Director

  • To keep up to date with directorate specific information and updates, liaising with direct reports of the Executive Director to gather intelligence

  • Collaborating with other Executive Assistants to share best practice and improve processes

  • Be familiar with and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures at all time

  • Any other duties as reasonably required in line with skills, knowledge, and experience to contribute to the wider success of the client.

To do this role you will have:

  • An understanding of the work of the CFO, Finance Director & Head of Audit and knowledge of how to prioritise their work and respond on their behalf

  • Strong organisational skills and demonstrable ability to prioritise and work to deadlines in a multi-tasking environment

  • Good working knowledge of main Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • A highly professional and discreet manner for screening and handling all internal and external correspondence with the appropriate level of confidentiality

  • Ability to challenge with both authority and tact
