We are recruiting for a temporary Executive Assistant to work with our prestigious higher education client based in central London.

Pay: £16.99 per hour

Hours: 35 Monday to Friday. This role is currently working from home, depending on the situation moving forward you might need to go into the office 1 or 2 days per week so must be able to travel to Holborn, London.

Duration: 5 months (starting ASAP)

You will need to own computer / laptop to work from home.

A few of the role duties:

  1. To provide support for the Head of Governance Services to ensure the effective delivery of governance, including logistical support for meeting arrangements, preparing/updating/maintaining information (e.g. records, committee agendas and papers, the committee calendar), research and other projects.

  1. To act as a key point of contact within the Division, providing support and advice, including for members of Council, and providing administrative support to the Chair where required.

  1. To provide wider Divisional support, including managing logistical arrangements (e.g. organising meetings, events, travel, ordering goods and processing payments, co-ordinating office moves) and updating the divisional webpages.

  1. To support other activity across the Division, including working groups/committees, undertaking due diligence/research tasks, drafting/preparing/circulating information/documentation and supporting case and/or project work.

  1. To provide executive support for the School Secretary, including coordination of contracts for signature, diary management, arranging meetings, support with managing the divisional budget, research and correspondence and other projects as required.

Experience of a comparable support role, providing a high level of service delivery.

Experience of a busy office environment where there are multiple and competing demands.

Experience of diary and meeting management

Experience of organising and maintaining records
