Adecco: Office Manager / Executive Assistant
Location: Dublin City
Salary: €28,000 - €33,000

We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant on behalf of our client based on Dublin City. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills and the ability to perform in a dynamic environment identifying and focusing on key priorities while working efficiently.

Main Duties:
*Responsible for our office organisation.
*Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office, making sure they have an outstanding first impression
*Monitor office expenditures and office supplies inventory, placing orders when needed and assisting in vendor relationship management
*Assist employees with complaints or issues concerning our workspace and office infrastructure.
*Responsible for coordinating our perks and events
*Support in scheduling business trips for team and for visitors
*Support with the onboarding of new staff
*Support Director with daily organisation
