We are looking for an energetic Executive Assistant to join our client's busy team based in Central London. They are seeking a committed, enthusiastic, and organised professional who is looking for a new opportunity with a dynamic and forward-thinking company.


Duration: 3 month temporary position
Pay: £19phr
Hours: 9am-5pm
Days: Monday - Friday
Location: Hybrid working Office based in Canary Wharf


Key responsibilities include:



  • Full Calendar Management - link in with peers and other associates locally and globally to organise meetings, ensuring a well-planned diary for each senior leader and anticipating next steps.

  • Event organising, arranging travel bookings with accommodations and itineraries.

  • Create reports, taking minutes in meetings and producing PowerPoint presentations.

  • To manage own workload using initiative to follow up on agreed deadlines and ensure improvement milestones are adhered to.

  • To provide high level business support across the organisation, supporting the business with HR, IT and office management functions i.e expenses

  • To provide a professional first point of contact for colleagues to address queries related to HR, IT, business and office management, effectively and efficiently for all modes of incoming communications.

  • To provide full business support including production of good quality, accurate and timely documentation and correspondence.

  • High level organisational skills within a complex environment

  • Excellent planning, interpersonal and communication skills (at all levels)

  • A good working level of IT technical knowledge

  • Comfortable working on multiple tasks at once, flexible

  • Ability to work in a professional and confidential manner at all times, with understanding and empathy for any sensitive data

  • Able to work with a wide range of people at all levels and feel comfortable in doing so to work unsupervised and demonstrate a high level of autonomy and initiative.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with colleagues and public.
