My client, a well-established, respected software company based on the outskirts of Maidenhead is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team.


The purpose of this role is to efficiently assist the Managing Director. This is a vital role to the entire company and the successful candidate will make an impact to the organization.



Role and Responsibilities



  • Provide administrative support to the managing director and other senior executives

  • Interact with executive staff with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Communicate and coordinate the MD and other executive's calendar and travel

  • Creation of correspondence, presentations and reports

  • Manage interactions with direct reports of MD and other executives when needed

  • Perform personal duties, manage expense reports and various errands as needed

  • Coordinate, arrange and travel arrangements for VP's and senior executives from Lexmark visiting the UK.

  • Arrange and detail travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings for the MD and senior executives in the UK.

Commission/Bonus structure based on job role
25 days holiday rising to 30 days after six years.
37 hour working week
