Our Client, a rapidly growing accountancy and business advisory company with offices in the UK and abroad, are looking for an Executive Assistant/PA to support with the day to day operation in their Loughton office.

Your duties will involve:

  • Liasing with international clients on a day to day basis.

  • Supporting directors in creation / updating of marketing materials using powerpoint.

  • Liaising with solicitors, licensees, and sub contracting companies internationally.

  • Social media management.

  • Email and diary management for two directors.

  • Basic CRM.

  • Calendar management and arranging meetings and travel.

  • Personal assistants to two directors with general admin duties.

The ideal candidate with have previous experience as a P.A / E.A at director level and should be career focused with a desire to grow professionally. You will need to be comfortable working in a small team but happy to communicate effectively with the wider team, remotely. Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint is essential. There will be the opportunity to travel abroad occasionally, so need to be able to do this.
