Our prestigious client based at London Luton Airport are looking to expand their current professional team by recruiting an additional Executive Concierge team member. Successful candidates will play a vital role in creating a great first and lasting impressions so that all the passengers, crews and visitors receive an outstanding and memorable service.

You will be passionate about the customer experience and take ownership for your work. You will be the passenger's first point of contact at all times of the day and night, so a proven customer service background is required. Your communication skills will be excellent to ensure all passenger communication is first class, but also relaying critical information will play a key part in your role.

This role is either working an early or a late shift and the pattern covers 7 days a week 6.00 -14.00 & 14.00 - 22.00 on a 3 on 3 off pattern ( This may be 4 on 4 off TBC)


  • Walking passengers/visitors to and from their vehicles and offer to assist with their luggage. It is essential to create a positive first and last impression.

  • Opening doors on the arrival/departure of passengers and visitors. Welcoming them to business.

  • Relaying crucial information from the Crew on arrival.

  • Provide the highest level of VIP customer service to passengers, crews and guests at all times.

  • Ensure a world class service is being offered by offering help and assistance to passengers/visitors.

  • Frequent yourself with the requirements know our regular passengers and their needs.

  • Maintain a high regard for safety at the front entrance. Be alert and aware of your surroundings, noting any suspicious activity when required.

  • Keeping the entrance and car park tidy and presentable.

  • Ensure car parking is carried out promptly and efficiently.

  • Driving company vehicles.

  • To ensure Health and Safety is maintained and respected at all times including internal policy and a Target Zero Approach to incidents and accidents.

In order to be meet the criteria required of working airside, you will need to;

  • Be able to work any hours covering a 24/7 operation with no restrictions ( IE study etc)

* Be able to make your own way to Luton Airport 24/7

* Provide Eligibility to work in the UK

* Be happy to undertake a Basic Disclosure

* Must not have lived outside the UK for more than 6 months at a time in the last 5 years.
