To be the face of our client, providing clients and staff with a warm welcome and a friendly, professional service at all times.

Key responsibilities

  • To provide a professional and efficient level of service at all times; responding to enquiries, taking messages and transferring calls as required;

  • To greet clients when meeting for an appointment and offering a friendly service they won't forget.

  • To ensure that all relevant messages are passed on to the relevant people in a timely manner;

  • To have a thorough understanding of all aspects of operations to assist with queries;

  • To assist with general administration duties when required including ordering stationery and ensuring the office runs smoothly.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook software;

  • Previous experience of working in a similar role;

  • Must be able to commit to working every other Saturday (9-3 pm)
