JOB DESCRIPTION

Experienced Warehouse Manager (Mallusk)



This role reports directly to the Site Manager, candidates must have substantial experience within a similar role, be a strong people manager and have experience
Accountabilities
* Manage all warehouse activities
* Manage the health & safety of employees and emergency systems, according to company policy and relevant law. Look at continuous health & safety improvements and compliance with SOPs
* Maintenance of warehouse Management
* Flex up and down resources as required Accept/Refuse emergency keg order requests for export markets
* Preparation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) in line with site & team KPIs.
* Provide leadership to the operational and administrative teams on-site, ensuring smooth day to day running of the facilities
* Ensure timely and effective communication with your teams
* Optimise the use of personnel, MHE, and resources in meeting demanding service levels and productivity targets
* Responsibility for all warehouse/distribution staff and equipment, ensuring they are all properly trained and relevant records/licenses are kept up to date
* Maintain the required Quality Safety Health and Environment standards for the sites and support the H&S Department on warehouse related customer audits
* Ownership of Profit and Loss in your areas of responsibility
* Liaise with Internal and External clients on delivery and collections schedules.
* Support the Depot Manager and respond effectively and efficiently to request from our Management Team as required

Skills and Experiences
* Demonstrated experience in leading teams to achieve results
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally
* Committed with the high-quality service levels and making efforts to get new customers
* Commercial acumen and an understanding of managing P&L at site level
* Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) skills
Salary will be dependant on skills and experience.
