Are you available immediately? Can you work in Bletchley and at times from home? Do you have experience within Export Administration?

If so my client based in Bletchley are looking for an Exports Administrator to work within their busy, friendly Customer Services and Processing Sales Team. This position will at times be office based as well as being home based, a flexible working approach is essential.

The right applicant needs to be energetic and dynamic with a "can do" attitude and is willing to the extra mile. You must also be willing to learn, learn quickly and be able to multi-task and prioritise workload. This role will require you to posses excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have a good understanding of using Microsoft Excel.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience using SAP (Sales Order Processing and Material Management).

  • Experience with Foreign Trade - Export processes and regulations

  • Sales Order Processing - from initial customer Purchase Order to dispatch and invoice
