Your primary role would be to support the payroll function with administration and coordinate associated activities ensuring that all duties are dealt with upholding a high level of detail and accuracy, whilst professionally recognising, supporting, and communicating with all internal and external stakeholders.

  • Previous experience in Payroll

  • Experience of ICHRIS and/or Kronos would be advantageous

Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Process the weekly payroll and all associated reporting functions

  • Support the Payroll and Benefits Manager with Pay-rolling Benefits

  • Support the Payroll and Benefits Manager with the Benefits Platform

  • Manage the administration for Company Cars

  • Manage the mileage capture system by updating data as required and ordering fuel cards

  • Manage the probationary review process

  • Process new hires through Success-Factors in a timely manner

  • Log all European Reports monthly

  • Administrative duties to support the Payroll and Benefits Manager as required including, but not limited to; Auto Enrolment letters, P45's, final payslips, employee benefits platform welcome letters

  • Handle transactional activities as requested by the HRIS Manager

  • Develop Payroll skills, knowledge and understanding of Kronos to support Site Managers

  • Perform such other duties as the Company may from time to time reasonably require

  • Comply with all Company policies related to Code of Conduct, Environmental, Health and Safety and Community

Pay: £11.40 p/h

Hours: Mon - Friday, Full time
