We are working with a well-established global organisation to recruit a representative to join their capable and hard-working 'Customer Service' team!

Daily Duties include:




  • Creating Shipments in SAP and providing correct documents

  • Arranging collections in UK and IE for export to CH + EU and ROW.

  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and vendors.

  • Liaising with Disposition Team to providing them with confirmation of export.

  • Liaising with warehouse to ensure all shipment arrive as expected and in good condition.

  • Ensure ADR regulations and cargo shipped in accordance with regulations.

  • Provide proactive customer care/service to clients.

Hours = Monday - Friday 09.00 - 18.00GMT (No Weekends)


Your overall duties will include:



3 + years of Export experience, clearly knowledge of customs clearance & incoterms, ADR Regulations and a good level of experience / knowledge of SAP.
