Adecco are currently recruiting for Export Coordinators in the Cramlington area for a well established Client.

We have various shift patterns available:

2 shift pattern (6am-2pm and 2pm-10:00pm) with a pay rates starting from £10.00 p/h

Ideally you will have your own transport due to the site location and working hours.


  • Maintain high levels of QH&S and 5S within the department and drive continuous improvement

  • Ensure all paperwork is completed using cGMP standards

  • Have a good understanding of documentation and procedures linked to Export of finished goods

  • Coordination to ensure all Legal requirements met for any finished product exports

  • Completion and execution for all documentation for Export stock

  • Planning and priority setting for Export Team on Daily basis

  • Daily meeting interaction with third Party Warehouse companies

  • Warehouse Audits for Stock accuracy

  • Plan and create documentation for incoming and outgoing finished products

  • Use computer tracking systems for monitoring items

  • Control and co-ordinate movement of finished products

  • Work closely with third Party Warehouse Providers

  • Training and Education of team through Work processes

  • Daily interaction with Sales Support Team to set clear direction on priorities for site to ensure OTIF (On Time in Full) measure is maintained

  • Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met, including general housekeeping

  • Work to performance rated targets and Key Performance Indicators

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to details and accuracy of work

  • Previous Leadership Experience

  • Flexibility to operate in different areas as required

  • Some supervisory experience would be an advantage

  • Export knowledge and previous experience essential

  • Warehouse and Logistics experience

  • Positive attitude and adaptable to change
