� The role is based in the UK but focused on servicing customer export order requirements in key global markets

Working from home, but will need to go into the Corby and London office once a fortnight, maybe some travel outside of the UK

� End to end customer export order processing

� Accountable for working closely with 3PL partner to ensure on time delivery to promise to customers in chosen SBC IoT markets, and manage a program of CI

� Accountable for ensuring export orders are processed compliantly with an in depth understanding of local market fiscal and legal importation requirements

� Report to the Customer service and Export Team Leader and work closely with the wider functional and management teams

� Ability to work in a global, start-up environment, part of a large corporate.

� Support with the continuous Export growth through recognising and recognising opportunities and diversify our offering.

� Build strong collaboration of working within teams through the Group.

Essential Experience

� Demonstrable ability to work under pressure; self-motivated, Entrepreneurial, and a good team player

� Solutions focused with the ability to identify improvement areas

� Demonstrable success of delivering best in class Export customer service experience

� Experience of coaching others through change, directly or indirectly

� Experience of creating documentation and evaluating the need for change.

� A collaborative team player across a business with fast moving, customer driven markets

� Positive can-do attitude, takes ownership and accountability and results oriented

� Operational problem solver and good process management capability

� Experience managing a 3PL

� Export order processing experience

� Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office applications

� Highly numerical & analytical

� Understands the needs of our target customers

� Strong commercial acumen and broad communication skills

� Good influencing skills

� Supply Chain, Logistics, and inventory control knowledge

Desirable experience

� Trade Compliance knowledge (Amber Road)

� Experience of working in a matrix environment

� Working knowledge of SAP

� Knowledge of Net Suite ERP system

� Ability to operate in a second language

� Previous experience of working in an operations environment.

� Knowledge and experience of Single Board Computing and IoT and a passion for electronics.
