Our client is extremely successful in their field and as a result are looking to recruit an extra member of their head office Facilities Team. You will provide facilities, maintenance and Health & Safety support, run the Facilities Management and Maintenance Helpdesk, providing vital telephone support. Alongside this, you will provide day-to-day support to the wider admin teams.

  • Support the Regional FM's facilities and maintenance process and ensure standards for delivery of service are maintained.

  • Keep records of supplier/contractor background information

  • Monitor progress and completion of works through liaison with contractor, colleagues and Managers.

  • Process all relevant documents received from contractors and make sure they are entered onto the Facilities & Maintenance database to ensure up to date records are available ad up to date.

  • Ensure that the Computerised Maintenance Management System (MPR5) is used to capture all Planned Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance and General Work Requests

  • Assist with preparing documentation for Senior Management client meetings.

  • Escalate any complaints as required and support continuous improvement activity to reduce levels of customer complaints

  • First point of contact for incoming telephone calls and service requests received by telephone and email

  • Monitor MPRO5 for status changes to work orders across all regions.

  • Provide a daily/weekly/monthly update on MPRO5 work orders

  • Ad hoc administration duties

  • Supporting to Invoicing process

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be organised, possess an excellent telephone manner, strong IT skills and enjoy working as part of a small friendly team.

This is initially a 3 month fixed term contract so you will ideally be available immediately.
