Job Description: A opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Coordinator who is looking to work full-time on a temporary basis with the prospect of becoming permanent.


Job Title: Facilities Coordinator (Office based)



  • Location: London Heathrow (flexible hybrid)

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri | 9am-5:30pm

  • Pay: £14.36 - 15.38 p/h


Duties:


Operational -



  • Support to help maintain the Facilities System

  • Booking in engineers when required

  • Checking the work has been completed and we have received all necessary documentation

  • Assist with weekly Fire Alarms.


Customer Service -



  • Support on covering switchboard calls if required, answering the telephone in a professional manner, and dealing with queries or directing them to the appropriate team(s) as necessary whilst providing a warm and professional welcome to all internal and external guests coming into the London Heathrow branch.


Administration -



  • Assisting in various administration duties

  • Facilities Management Log support in raising and closing of reactive and scheduled job requests

  • Update with the relevant information and provide support in arranging day to day building repairs and contractors, making sure that the environment is in a suitable condition to work

  • Communicating with all sites on related FM issues

  • Support in booking hotels/flights and taxis for UK &IE employees

  • Ordering supplies when required Report vending machines issues to suppliers.


Requirements:



  • Candidate will have demonstrable front of house and facilities administration experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities whilst meeting deadlines.

  • Arranging travel experience would be great

The role is initially a temporary role but is ongoing and may present the right candidate with a permanent opportunity.
