Our client, who are an organisation that provides marketing and business communications, commercial printing, and related services are currently recruiting for somebody to work within Facilities to facilitate all aspects of Document Process Outsourcing services at the Horsham office. Due to the location, the successful candidate must be able to drive there.

  • Location: Horsham

  • Pay: £21,000-£22,000 per annum

  • Type: Permanent

  • Hours: Work between the hours of 08:00-18:00, 40 hours per week with 1 hour lunch break

  • Start Date: ASAP

Please note: A current DBS is required for this role and you will have to go through clearance that can take up to 6 weeks to come back.

  • Responsible for stationery cupboard stocks and replenishment

  • Undertake regular and timed MPS, Mail and Stationary rounds

  • Reports to line manager on stationary, MPS, Mail and facilities related matters

  • Facilitate courier services

  • Loading bay, Goods inwards/outwards management including Banksman and car park management

  • Porterage services and light furniture moves.

  • Facilitating the print buying process

  • Ensure the environment is kept clean and tidy - put stock away on arrival.

  • Reporting building faults to CBRE

  • Reporting any lighting and electrical faults to CBRE

  • Reporting any kitchen and white goods faults to CBRE


  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels throughout the business

  • Be familiar with MS Office software suite

  • Able to remain calm under pressure, command respect, has the confidence of their colleagues and can communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Previous Experience in Facilities
