The role will be supporting Facilities Manager:

- completing Reception duties as required

- operating switchboard - full training given

- managing in house emails and responding to customer enquiries

- completing building checks as required

- booking in visitors

- ensuring cleaning rotas and stock orders are completed for cleaning materials

- completing stationery orders as required

This role will give you a large training and support programme to develop your skills and experience to really build your work experience and skills in the workplace too.

This role is to support the colleague who previously who has now been promoted into another role with the company and so initially this role is a year contract but it will be reviewed in line with any further career opportunities with this fantastic employer if other opportunities become available.
