Faculty Administrator Wanted - South Bristol!!



Pay Rate: £11.50phr


Hours: 8:30AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday


January Start!



To support the Director of Faculty in the delivery of their faculty management responsibilities and provision of an outstanding student experience. This includes providing high quality general office administrative support for the range of services provided by the Faculty Administrative Support Team to staff, students and external stakeholders.

To do this role, you will have...
* A good general education to at least Level 2 (GCSE) including English and Maths;
* A commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and lifelong learning;
* Experience working in a busy office environment as an Administrative Assistant or similar;
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
* Knowledge and understanding of effective office systems, policies and procedures; * An understanding of confidentiality and data protection as it applies to students.
