Are you a reliable individual and physically fit if so, we need you, apply now!! We are looking for Field Coordinators to supervise teams of surveyors for 6 weeks. The surveyors will be mapping areas on foot that are hard to get to by car. The equipment you are required to carry on your back, (backpack provided) will weigh approximately 15KG, this will contain the technology for the surveyors to map the areas. As a supervisor you will be expected to:

  • Assign, reviewing and approving missions to the individual teams.

  • Managing communications regarding policies and procedures, equipment status and training at individual/team level.

  • Monitoring/tracking individual/team progress throughout the day and providing feedback/management directives as required.

  • Identifying training gaps and requirements for remediation as appropriate

  • Articulating and managing performance objectives at the team level.

  • Responsible for inventory within assigned project area, to include secure storage facilities, office supplies, Systems, and the parts, components, and tools for the Systems (collectively, the "Parts").

  • Executing ramp up and down of camps.

  • Working directly with travel coordinators to facilitate movement of crews.

  • Directly managing/supervising individuals and teams to meet requirements of project schedule, adjusting such schedule in response to performance, equipment issues, and conditions (e.g., weather, sun-angle, construction, traffic, etc.).

  • Providing accident or incident reports.
