Position: Account Manager
Location: Shoreditch, London
Salary/Rate: £28,000 - £32,000 + Competitive bonus scheme & company rewards
Type: Full time, permanent (Monday - Thursday!)
Working hours: 9am - 5:30pm

Job Description

Adecco City are currently recruiting for a well recognised, entertainment-based client of ours located in Shoreditch. The successful candidate will be joining an established, rapidly expanding and extremely out-going Sales team.

As a company Account Manager, you will be responsible for a wealth of existing accounts across the South of the UK hilst generating new business; building strong, long lasting-relationship with company buyers and boutique stores - this will involve travelling and therefor you will need to hold a valid driving licenese.

Job role and requirements:

  • Build strong relationships with existing account holders and being the main point of contact for all customer service needs.

  • Follow the delivery process for clients to make sure customers' orders are managed effectively and ensure you provide the best support daily.

  • Servicing boutique stores.

  • Maintaining and growing accounts; developing existing via telephone and face-to-face.

  • Generate new business opportunities - you will have the opportunity to meet your customers.

  • Expected to travel to existing and new clients within your region.

  • Managing customer expectations and resolving queries effectively.

  • Being able to price effectively and negotiate sales to maximise profit.

  • Attending trade shows with the sales manager to gain new business.

Ideal candidate and personal qualities:

  • Previous experience in a client facing role (desirable)

  • Experience within a customer service or sales position is preferable

  • Able to build good working relationships across all levels

  • Ability to work individually and as part of a larger team

  • Motivated with a positive 'can-do' attitude.

  • Ambitious and willing to go the extra mile

  • Excellent telephone manor and communication skills
