Position: Final Viewer


Location: Wolverhampton


Duration: 6 months


Shifts: (Monday - Thursday 6am - 1.30pm / 1.15pm - 7/9pm)



Adecco UK are recruiting a Final Viewer for one of their clients based in the Aerospace industry.



Duties include:



  • Inspect products and documentation ensuring full compliance to the Quality management system and Customer requirements.

  • Certify product on CofC or EASA release documentation

  • Control and upload documentation in line with requirements

  • Conduct additional inspection checks (ZDP) on specific units

  • Log any non-conformance on SAP

  • Log Turn backs on the dedicated system

  • Update approval log

  • Work to shipping board and update once units complete

  • Support continuous improvement deployment of ACE through active participation on Lean Events, Workshops and Continuous Improvement activities.

  • Control, operate and maintain stock control systems as appropriate

  • Transportation of materials, tools and equipment as necessary

  • Support the team and team leader in their objectives and to actively participate in improvements

  • Able to assess manufactured features for conformance to requirements, and to declare any non-conformances

  • Adhere to the relevant quality procedures and requirements, and participate in events/ investigations as necessary



Experience and Personal Characteristics:



  • Apprentice trained (NVQ level 3 or equivalent) would be an advantage

  • Experience in final verification

  • Flexible approach with a willingness to work as part of a team, actively following the ACE operating principles and the Four Gears philosophy.

  • Calm under pressure and responsive to change

  • Good communication skills

  • An enthusiast who is able to work on their own initiative

  • Ability to communicate effectively within the working environment

  • PC literacy

  • Demonstrable problem solving abilities
