Finance Admin

Supporting the team in a wide range of accounting, administration, purchasing and financial services.

Key skills for this role are:

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Good, confident IT skills and ability to learn new systems

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Processing large volumes of invoices, up to 150 invoices per day

  • General admin duties

  • Data input

The duties of the role will include:

  • Managing all queries to the team through phone and email enquiry

  • Use various systems to collect and interrogate data in order to resolve queries

  • Receive and check invoices

  • Working to deadlines

Working hours are Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week 9am - 5.15pm

Position is a long term on going role
