ADECCO are recruiting for a Finance Administrator for their client based in Ammanford.

Part Time (20 Hours) - Permanent

£19-22k pro-rata

The client is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join their growing team!

This role comes with an excellent benefit package!

The Role:

  • Processing POs, Sales Orders, and invoices

  • Liaising with suppliers and customers

  • Data entry

  • Assist in end of year audits

  • Processing expenses

  • Basic office duties, such as filing, taking meeting minutes, sorting post and monitoring emails

  • Support other departments with administrative duties, as required

  • Part Time (20 hours across 4 days)

  • Permanent

  • Superb benefit package

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a similar role preferred

  • Experience in sales ledger and/or purchase ledger preferred

  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of SAGE 200, an advantage

  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

  • A positive attitude and good work ethic
