Finance Administrator


Shoreditch


Temporary-Monday to Friday


Hourly Rate: £12-£15 p/h



Role:



  • Post 30-50 bank transactions (Cash received) daily - High level of accuracy required as from the Cash paid, invoices are automatically created in the Accounting System and feed through the CRM

  • Running CRM reports (daily and weekly) and check bank vs Report (Manual process hence requires knowledge of Vlookup and Sumifs

  • Manage an inbox with 24h reply maximum time (create instalment plan; reply to students setting expectations)

  • Send out student's payment reminders along with the report

  • Highlight to the Finance Manager any escalation cases immediately

  • Support during Audit time



  • Post AP invoices and prepare a payment run.

Attitude to be supportive (i.e. once a task has been finished do not wait for FM to follow up but proactively ask for more; attention to details; seniority to be able to perform with little explanation.)
