The Settlements Administrator's primary role is to ensure that trades settle on a timely basis and provide support to the Trading team

Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office


  • Plays a key role in providing a comprehensive operations service for the Securities Lending & Repo team.

  • Ensuring all trades are verified and settle within relevant time frames with discrepancies reported to Trading team and the Operations Manager.

  • Trade types include Stock loans (across Equity and Fixed Income markets) and repo transactions.

  • Reconciliation of cash and securities positions.

  • Reconciliation, collection and administration of fees earned.

  • Monitoring lent securities for potential recall requirements.


Trade settlement experience in an Operational department required.
