We are currently looking for an experienced finance administrator to work with a large FMCG business this will be on full time basis until the end of September, working Monday to Friday.

You will work closely with Finance management accountants and relevant stakeholders to ensure that month end accruals are held as appropriate and that Po's are receipted in a timely manner

Previous experience in the following -

Invoice Processing and matching.

TMS Reconciliation to ensure that daily QCDM labour reporting is correct, error discovery to be communicated to relevant manager

Support with general raising and maintenance of PO's at site - On internal in house systems

Reporting and trend analysis, and partnering with the shift leadership teams to fix any errors and ensure processes are clear and followed going forward

Any other Finance Admin related tasks that may arise

Excel IT Skills

Good time management
