Our client, a well-established company based in Warwick, have an exciting opportunity for a finance assistant to join their growing organisation. This will be a varied role within the office based department, and you will be assisting the overall team in a number of different areas. As a finance assistant you will be processing invoices and providing cover for purchase ledger and the credit control function.



If you are looking to gain exposure in other areas of the office then this could be a perfect opportunity for you. This role offers variety and self development as well as paying a competitive salary.



Responsibilities




  • Daily banking of cash and cheques

  • Bank reconciliation for 2 companies

  • Processing sales invoices

  • Purchase ledger

  • Credit control

  • General office management e.g ordering stationary



The individual




  • Basic understanding of accountancy and book keeping

  • Sage line 50 experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong administration background
