With previous credit control & invoicing experiences, you will work alongside a great team of people that place attention to detail and customer service at the forefront of their culture.


You will



  • Produce invoices and credit notes accurately and within the required deadlines for agencies and end clients

  • Manage aged debtors process and investigate unpaid invoices/part-paid invoices, escalating issues promptly

  • Administer underpayments and overpayments process and return unallocated funds

  • Own the advance process after managers approval

  • Work to develop strong professional relationships and resolve disputes effectively

  • Work closely with the customer experience team to assist in any technical customer queries

  • Take ownership of your own development, ensuring that your knowledge is in line with current legislation
