We are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to start work asap on a temporary basis for 2 months initially.

The role of the Finance Administrator will be to support the accounting function for the Group within the Finance Department. The role will involve the maintenance of the sales and purchase ledger of the group as well as being responsible for the processing of the bank transactions.

Key Duties

  • Maintaining purchase ledger

  • Maintaining sales ledger

  • Input of all nominal journals as required

  • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

  • Daily banking

  • Daily input of all bank statements into accounts software

  • Daily input of all internal transfers processed between inter-company bank accounts

  • Processing direct debit collections

  • Prepare any cheque/BACS/chaps payment details on accounts software

  • Preparation of monthly reconciliations

  • Daily office duties
