Finance Administrator - £18,000+ DOE

Permanent, Full-time


Due to continued growth, our client requires an experienced financial administrator to join their close-knit team in the Lancaster area.

Working with their team's head office, you will be tasked with general financial administration duties, including:

  • Inputting invoices

  • Checking POD & matching to invoices

  • Checking purchase & subcontractor orders

  • Checking statements

  • Chasing missing invoices.

  • Raising supplier queries and following up

  • Setting up credit accounts

  • Monitoring credit limits

In order to be successful within this role, the ideal candidate will be competent in the use of Sage (or similar accounts packages) and be able to utilise and manipulate the data within these programmes as required.

You will work well within a team, whilst also ensuring you are able to manage your own workload and use initiative in order to solve any potential issues which may arise.
