Adecco Bristol are delighted to be supporting our client based in Avonmouth with a Finance Administrator position. Working closely with internal departments, this person would need to be proactive and able to make sense of vast amounts of information that comes across the desk. Using Excel on a regular basis, the right candidate will have used "v look ups" and pivot tables to create invoices and reports for senior management. In return, the company provides a small, friendly team, great work/life balance and a subsidised canteen.


  • Overseeing sales ledger for the whole company

  • Distributing and chasing invoices

  • Putting together reports using Excel

  • Chasing debt and credit control

  • Taking ownership of debtor queries

  • Oversee month end and year end reports

  • Purchase ledger cover

  • Intermediate level of Excel
