Our client is currently looking for a Finance and Admin Assistant to join their team based within the Chichester area.

You must be able to work well alone as well as being an important part of a team, you must be able to work well under pressure and always be willing to go the extra mile. A numerate, accurate and methodical approach to work is essential. They are looking for someone who can confidently provide a wide range of support to the finance and administration team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing telephone enquiries

  • General administrative tasks to support the team

  • Creating customer sales invoices each month, providing supporting data for the invoices as required

  • Checking and processing invoices daily

  • Raising purchase order numbers for suppliers

  • Manage customer remittances

  • Checking bank accounts/processing transactions onto online portals

  • Maintaining cashflow spreadsheets

  • Process company credit cards, business expenses and mileage

  • Business admin/renewals

  • Reception and general office duties

A strong understanding of Office 365, Microsoft Teams and Excel is essential, previous experience handling invoices and expenses is desirable. A full spec is available on request.
