Adecco are delighted to offer a vacancy for an Accounts Assistant working for a fantastic company based in Christchurch.


Summary:


This role is directly responsible to the Finance Supervisor.
The Finance Administrator's main responsibilities will be



  • Credit Control

  • Preparing/submitting warranty claims

  • Processing the credit notes issued against the claims.

  • Assist with resolution of any potential Claim related issues that maybe raised.

  • Maintaining warranty spreadsheets.

  • Petty Cash


This role will also include some accountancy responsibilities around creditors, debtors, VAT, and month end accounting.


Knowledge & Skills:


Accounting experience essential



  • ▪ Good knowledge of Excel essential

  • ▪ Experience in an administration role beneficial

  • ▪ Knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • ▪ Knowledge of EXACT (Finance system) beneficial


Package


Salary - £20,000 - £22,000 dependant on experience


Full time permanent role


Mon-Fri


Parking on-site
