Financial Administrator
Permanent - 18month Fixed Term Contract
Salary £18,000 - £21,000 dependant on experience

Our unique and growing client based in Gloucester are recruiting for a new Financial Administrator to join their busy team. The role is offered as a Permanent 18 month Fixed-Term Contract (ie paid by the company, not temporary through an agency).

The successful candidate will be based within the Operations Team. You will be collating all the supporting documents for your clients and customers finance applications, within a timely and accurate manner.

Key duties include:

  • Maintaining regular contact with clients and customers by telephone, email and post

  • Collating together all supporting documents and reporting for the rest of the Team

  • Filling application packs onto a bespoke system ready for approval

  • Releasing payments to clients and customers once their application has been approved

  • Maintaining records in accordance to FCA regulations

  • Answering inbound calls from clients and customers enquiring about their accounts

  • General office duties as required.

Experience required:

* Word, Excel and Outlook
* Previous administration experience gained within Financial Services an advantage
* Excellent communication skills and strong customer service skills
* Good attention to detail and strong numeracy skills


In return my client can offer a starting salary of £18,000- £21,000 dependant on experience. Even though this is a fixed term contract for 18months their is the possibility of going permanent. Our client will support you training and development.

Flexible working hours Monday-Friday 9.00am- 5.00pm. Annual leave entitlement of 21days + 8 bank holidays and 1 extra day for Christmas. discretionary bonus depending on companies performance. £40 a month lunch allowance. Star award scheme dependant on an individuals exceptional work of £50-£70.
