Summary: The Financial Analyst is an important role within the finance team. This individual will primarily be responsible for supporting all aspects of the forecasting and budgeting process including reporting financial results for International & will provide support to Corporate Finance.


This role requires a foundation in finance, strong analytic skills, attention to detail, and a passion for operational excellence. Excellent interpersonal skills are also a must to ensure strong business partnerships and collaboration with international subsidiaries. This individual will be exposed to senior level management and must present himself/herself in a professional manner.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.



  • Act as business partner by helping leaders align company initiatives / targets

  • Responsible for assisting with forecast reviews

  • Assist in monthly consolidation of global financial forecast and annual budget

  • Perform standard and ad-hoc analysis that provides insightful views into the segments operations and financial performance

  • Assist Monthly review of subsidiary financial statement comparing actual to forecast

  • Support with Corporate Finance (Leases, JV, Royalty & P&L/ Balance Sheet Review)

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance

  • Requires 3 years of related experience

  • Experience in Accounting

  • Experience with financial modelling, analysis, forecasting, budgeting methods and tools

  • Expertise with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, is required; Experience with Hyperion Financial Systems is desirable
