Financial Clerk/Administrator


Our client, a leading college based in Central London are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator who will help support the senior school administrator, faculty business manager and the deputy chief operating officer as necessary.



  • Location: Central London

  • Pay: £15.38 per hour

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 35hrs

  • Duration: 9 Months

  • Type: Temporary


Job Description:



  • Over viewing budgets

  • Raising purchase orders and invoices

  • Administration of expenses and purchasing cards

  • Setting up and reconciling regular payment schedules to individuals

  • Scanning and photocopying

  • Ordering IT equipment and other specialist equipment

  • Maintaining local financial records via excel, business world and hard copies

  • Assist with the new start process


Expertise will be gained through a combination of formal training and ongoing practical experience.
