Our client is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.


The client is looking for up-to 15 hours to be covered.


Duties:


-General vehicle administration duties.


-Coordinate and maintain documentation with regards to administration of the fleet policies, vehicle documentation, fleet insurance, driver licence checks etc.


-Walk around checks on rental vehicles when they arrive and leave and completing vehicle acceptance forms with the drivers.


-Maintenance checks including tyre and fluid checks.


-Daily vehicle checks including managing paperwork / online system.


-Vehicle movement throughout the day to and from other depots and service centres.


-Liaising with rental companies and other external facilities as well as internal departments.


-Promote driver safety within the business.



Skills:


-The ideal candidate will come from a vehicles/fleet background.
