Job Title: - Fleet Administrator Team leader

Salary/Hours: £25,000 Salaried - 4 on 4 off across a 7 day week hours to be available are between 06:00-21:00 - Parking on site, Holidays

Location: Potters Bar, Hertfordshire

  • Ensuring the hire documents are checked and sent to Head Office daily.

  • Checking all hire agreements have been completed accurately and all signatures have been obtained. Reporting and querying anomalies with Central Administration Manager.

  • Prioritising the document process to ensure maximum efficiencies and productivity levels.

  • Responsible for accurately checking, downloading ID's, processing, photocopying, scanning, and filing of Hire Agreements and compliance documents

  • Fuel Management, crosschecking fuel receipts with fuel invoices and querying any discrepancies.

Other Duties

  • Telephone queries from clients / garages

  • Dealing with email and Hire agreement queries.

  • General fleet administration tasks as required.
