Adecco are proud to be recruiting on behalf of North Wales Police for a Force Trainer to join their Investigative Training and Development Centre, to provide specialist training for new recruits and detectives.


Salary: £29,793 - £31,725

The Purpose of the role:



  • To be responsible for the design and delivery of training materials and documentation.

  • To be responsible for the delivery of Investigative Training and Development for new Detectives.

  • To undertake the assessment of training candidates.


The successful candidate will have:



  • Possess a Cert. Ed or equivalent qualification or a Level 4 Learning & Development Qualification (Police Equivalent).

  • To be a minimum PIP 2 qualified having completed the College of Policing Investigator Programme and have previous experience in that role. There is a requirement to evidence previous experience in the investigation of Serious, Complexed and Series investigations and the processes required to deliver high quality prosecution files to success outcomes.

  • Qualified up to PIP Level 2 Specialist witness, suspect and interview advisor trained.


  • Experience of HOLMES and HOLMES exhibits is desirable.
