French Purchasing Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a French speaking Purchasing Administrator to join a busy team based in Desborough.

Main duties of the role will include -

Create Purchase Orders
Chase-in supply of Raw Materials
Produce regular reports from our ERP system / Excel etc.
Maintain computer records e.g. Price Files
Communicate with suppliers / partners using Telephone, e-mail, Microsoft word etc.
Other duties as appropriate

The ideal candidate will have experience of purchasing, good IT skills, such as Excel, Microsoft Word and able to speak French fluently.

Be organised and have the ability to effectively communicate.
