Our client are recruiting a bilingual (French and English) Sales Coordinator for their prestige offices based in Maldon.

Reporting to the Technical & Sales Admin Manager and as part of a team of 4, you will be responsible for providing sales support to customers and your duties will include:

  • Providing quotes to new and existing clients

  • Taking payments and sending out order confirmations

  • Invoicing spare parts and products

  • Working with internal departments to resolve any customer issues

  • Liaising with transport coordinator to arrange dispatch

  • Ensuring customer records are up to date and providing general administration support to the department

The successful candidate must be fluent in both French and English, confident working to tight deadlines and under pressure and has excellent communication skills.

Hours - 8.30 - 5pm Monday - Friday

25 days holiday plus bank holiday (saving 3-5 for Christmas)
