My client is quirky and creative with a thriving and successful team, they are now recruiting for a Front of House Coordinator to cover maternity. Although this is initially a maternity cover, there will be an opportunity to move into a permanent Project Coordinator role after this period.

Your duties will include;

  • Answering a high level of calls effectively and efficiently

  • Maintain regular consistent and professional relationships with customers/suppliers either on the telephone or those visiting the offices - taking responsibility for all visitors accessing the building

  • Be aware of all planned client/supplier meetings - ensuring all necessary arrangements are made in preparation

  • Co-ordinate the office maintenance function and office supplies

  • Provide administrative support to other departments as and when required

  • Provide support in booking hotels, flights and travel

  • Support the accounts team with the processing of company credit cards ensuring all spreadsheets are updated

  • Monitor and control budgets

  • Be responsible for undertaking cost comparisons and ordering in relation to H&S Signage and kit as directed by the warehouse

We are looking for someone with the following skills;

  • Exceptional customer service skills - ideally experience in a previous Front of House role

  • Organised with good attention to detail

  • Good Problem solving skills

  • Efficient and proactive

  • Ability to negotiate effectively

  • Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment

  • Experience with SAGE would be desirable

The salary is dependent on experience and can be negotiable for the right person.
