A modern and growing business on the outskirts of Colchester are looking for a General Accounts/Sales Assistant to join their small, friendly team.
The ideal candidate will need to have excellent telephone manner and able to organise and prioritise their workload.
Duties:
- Answering incoming phone calls and making outbound phone calls
- Managing email inbox
- General administrative and office duties
- Assisting with invoicing and receipting customers
- Providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers
Skills and Attributes:
- Able to work well within a small team
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure

The salary for this role is £20000+ dependant on experience. Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm with one hour lunch and every other Saturday 9am-5pm.
Own transport is necessary for this role due to location.
