Key Accountabilities; � Adhere to Encirc health & safety and hygiene policies, operating procedures and regulations, working in a safe manner, not just for themselves but for their fellow workers. � Obtain copy of production schedule or shipping order and transport materials or equipment to and from designated areas in the warehouse. � Load and unload wares from vehicles in a timely manner, checking they are secure. � Move wares packed on pallets around the storage facility. � Perform daily equipment checks such as recharging forklift's battery and lubricating equipment. � Remove machine attachments and waste materials from machines, ensuring the warehouse keeps clean and tidy at all times. � Examine materials and products to verify conformance to quality standards.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience; � Forklift certification and appropriate driving license. The role is trained in-house. � Previous experience working within an industrial or manufacturing environment is desirable. � Some understanding of palletised products in the food or drink industry. � Basic numeracy and literacy skills � Ability to follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records � Ability to execute assignments in an accurate, safe and timely manner. � Attention to detail � Basic level of computer skills
