I am currently seeking a goods in Administrator to Join a growing organisation based in Maidstone. This role is based on site and you will be given hands on training and shadowing from fellow team members. This role is a permanent position so you need to have experience and ideally within an FMCG based environment but not essential.

The requirements of this role are as follows;

  • Placing orders with suppliers to maintain correct stock levels.

  • Ensuring incoming stock is aligned with Purchase orders and entering stock.

  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure they meet ETA's.

  • Arranging stock transfers between depots.

  • Liaising with other site departments in regards to stock availability.

  • Managing stock returned from customer.

  • Reconciling Warehouse stock checks, investigate stock variances.

  • Stock and ordering

  • Product daily reports i.e. (Daily out of stocks, N/A investigation, Shortages & Damages, Rebooks) etc.
