We are currently recruiting for Greek speaking Customer Service Analyst for my client in Peterborough.

This role entails:

  • First point of contact for customers seeking technical support

  • Accurately logging incidents ensuring all relevant details are documented

  • Identifying when to escalate an issue when a first time fix is not achievable

  • Building rapport over the phone with Customers, ensuring they are satisfied with the service

  • Liaising with customers keeping them informed with the status of rectification

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a fantastic approach to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively. IT skills are desirable however by no means essential as the most important factor to my client is to find the right candidate who is natural with customers.

Full IT training will be given prior to commencing your first shift on the communications floor.

I am searching for a professional, proactive individual with a 'can do attitude' at all times. A friendly persona and positive mentality is essential.
