Head of Customer Insight

Adecco Chelmsford are currently recruiting a Head of Customer Insight for our reputable client based in Braintree.


  • To lead and design Customer Insight Plan's and other projects

  • Answering inbound calls, also making outbound calls to customers

  • Lead design and implement changes in business processes, culture, and behaviour across the business to continually improve customer experience

  • General Admin duties

  • Supporting and assisting customers through change

Skills required

  • Customer service experience is essential

  • Must be highly computer literate and confident on the phone when engaging with customers

  • Experience in the end to end customer journey

  • Ability to manage high performance teams

Location: Braintree, Essex

Salary: £70,000 depending on experience

Hours: 37 Hours a week, Monday-Friday

3 Month Temporary Contract

Must have a Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle
