Our client is recruiting for a Head of Customer Services for a 6 month FTC. The organisation prides itself on offering a first class service experience, the team here are established, vibrant, committed and passionate about customer centricity!

The Call Centre department are currently in a period of growth and change, therefore we are looking for a candidate who is not only experienced in heading a contact centre, but has also had exposure to, and experience within, transformation projects.

This a an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Customer Services who will be given the autonomy to implement innovative transformation ideas, can work strategically and aid a continued improvement of the contact centre and the service provide to their clients.
