In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, you will raise awareness, engage and support colleagues in their fundraising for the Health Charity Partnership.


This challenging role requires excellent planning, management and communication skills. Applicants should have a background in fundraising, be highly motivated, creative and have strong attention to detail.


Daily responsibilities:



  • Supporting delivery of fundraising by working collaboratively with representatives from the retailer and charity partners.

  • Colleague engagement: Inspiring colleagues across the business with the work of the health charity partnership through effective use of a variety of internal communication channels, as well as proactively evaluating and seeking new opportunities to engage.

  • Colleague communication: Support store community champions, while identifying and supporting all fundraising champions in non-store settings, with tailored messaging to ensure fundraising is possible within all sites and roles.

  • Fundraising & data compliance: developing and implementing ongoing compliance checks to ensure best practice in stores and data protection procedures are followed in line with Data Protection Agreement.

  • Promoting and coordinating the promotion of a Challenge Event bursary scheme for colleagues.

  • Supporting with the delivery of charity flagship weekends.

  • Fielding enquiries to the partnership mailbox on ad hoc basis.


Relevant Experience:



  • CSR (corporate social responsibility) or fundraising background

  • Strong Microsoft Office - Excel skills

  • Fundraising & Data regulatory awareness

  • Writing skills for internal and external communications

  • Understanding of the company business

  • Project management

  • Time management

  • Administrative support

  • Strong creative personality

  • Ability to work individually but also as part of a team
